Preventive maintenance is performed online, while corrective maintenance addresses worn internal mechanisms.
Key processes include dismantling, refurbishment, calibration, and testing to ensure valves meet safety standards. Each project is guided by a detailed work plan, covering scope, procedures, and safety analysis, ensuring reliability and compliance with customer requirements.
Providing expert personnel and equipment for comprehensive maintenance of pedestal cranes and lifting systems. Services include inspection, part replacements, load testing, hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting, and ensuring the integrity of safety systems.
Mechanical tasks such as wire rope replacement, structural inspections, and gearbox servicing are also conducted.
